Mini-Mission Reunion

Jessi dropped me off Saturday night at my friend Megan's parent's house in Alpine. We had a pool party and BBQ. We invited a ton of mission folk, but because not everyone lives in Utah and those who did were at the BYU opening game, only a few of us could make it. It was really nice though. Meg's parents have a beautiful home. You couldn't see any other houses, so it was like we were alone in a forest. It was so nice to swim in the pool and hear the stream babbling along. We swam, told stories, reminisced, ate hot dogs, and listened to President go into great detail about some really poignant things that happened on the mission. It was a great night.

Ange & her daughter Mia, me, Meg & her daughter Ada, and Rachel & her daughter Eliza. I need to have a daughter to hang with this crew! :)
Everyone who could make it - Rachel, Jon & Angela, Meg, me & the McQueens

The greatest mission parents ever! <3

Ange & Jon's Family and the McQueens

The Reynolds Family
Byron, Olya, & their son Brandon came at the tail end, after the BYU game. It was so good to see them!

As usual, I hope to make it to the official reunion in the fall, but in case I don't, I got my fix. Thank you Megan and family for hosting and opening your amazing home to us! It was so wonderful!
