After having played the Wii Fit for a while now I have found it is not the number of days but the number of minutes and movement in those minutes. I don't imagine the meditation candle or yoga breathing burn as many calories as say Hula Hoop or running. I hit and exceeded my first goal today. (Okay only 1.5 per week but I did it!)
